Have hope in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Holy Bible teaches us that we will have trials on earth but if we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, He will use our trials to make us stronger. This includes learning from our mistakes. Everyone's life will have anger and pain at some point, but that does not excuse violent behaviors or ragefulness.
